Digital Transformation – Hays Recruitment (Current)
Laurel icon Limited have spent the last 4 years assisting Hays Recruitment with various Digital Transformation Programmes and Projects. Delivering programmes such as the move to Internet only connected offices, and the delivery of some 3000 laptops to the entire UK&I estate. Continuing on from here, LiL have assisted in defining new laptop delivery and retrieval processes for the end users.
Not only have we delivered, our own skills have also improved in the use of the M365 Power Platform apps. During the life of the programmes and projects, LiL have created various tools in PowerApps to assist both the business and the implementation teams. LiL have also built dashboards in PowerBI to highlight key data during the life of the programme delivery.
Our current projects and programmes include:
- a move to Cloud infrastructure,
- Windows 11 deployment,
- and a key global regulatory change, stemming from UK Governments Audit and Corporate Governance reforms.
